School Supply Backpacks

The Sky Valley Food Bank knows that many families need help with more than just food. With that in mind, we help children start the school year with the supplies they’ll need to succeed, by distributing backpacks to students filled with notebooks, pencils, and other tools that will help them learn.

Since the program began in 2004, we have helped an average of nearly 500 students every year.

We will be handing out backpacks and school supplies to all of the verified children who need them during our regular hours the last two weeks of August.
